In addition to my auction service, I also prepare the storage rooms for auction at various facilities in the Southern California area. In fact, many of my auction accounts I also prepare the rooms for auction. My service includes videotaping me carefully removing the customer's lock and contents of the storage room. In addition, an inventory sheet is done, from the outside of the room and the room is sealed with a numbered tag that is recorded on the inventory sheet. PLEASE NOTE: The tag for the rooms I've processed are always still on the room, at the time of the auction, for all lien sale units!! Rest assured; the rooms have not been tampered with since the removal of the customer's lock!! The videos are kept for 12 months unless otherwise requested. I am also bonded and insured! My rates are very reasonable and for the expense, the facilities liabilities are limited because a second independent party is involved in the lien sale process.
